Educational Qualification:

(I) Post Code 01 – Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
(a) Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline.
(b) Essential : (i) Proficiency in Local Languages i.e. in Hindi (ii) Desirable :
Knowledge of Computer skill.

(II) Post Code 02 – Assistant Manager (Officer JMG Scale-I)
(a) Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking,
Finance Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry,
Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing
and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and
Accountancy.
(b) Proficiency in Local Language i.e. in Hindi.
(c) Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

(III) Post Code 03 – Manager (Officer MMG Scale-II)
(a) Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking,
Finance Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry,
Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing
and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and
Accountancy.
(b) Experience : Minimum 2 years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial
Institution

(IV) Post Code 04 – Senior Manager (Officer MMG Scale-III)
(a) Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking,
Finance Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry,
Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing
and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and
Accountancy.
(b) Experience : Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institution.

Age limit:

As on 01.04.2011, age should be as below:
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : 18-28 years
Assistant Manager (Officer JMG Scale-I) : 18-28 years
Manager (Officer MMG Scale-II) : 21-32 years
Senior Manager (Officer SMG Scale-III) : 21-40 years

Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of written test and interview.
Written test will be as below:

For Post Code 01 and 02 :
Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Knowledge, General English English or General Hindi

For Post Code 03 and 04:
Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation, Financial Awareness, General English English or General Hindi
