Candidate should have banking background, with experience in implementing Core Banking Solution.

Desired profile:

Risk manager:

Candidate should have banking background, with hands on experience in risk management. The candidate must have worked at a mid-management level in the risk management structure of a bank or financial institution for at least 2 years.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the middle management of any commercial bank.
· Recent experience (in the past 10 years) as a Risk Manager at corporate or divisional level of a Commercial Bank for a period of a tleast 2 years.
· Knowledge of credit appraisal, monitoring and risk management for different types of credit proposals: SME, Large corporate, state govt backed lending
· Knowledge of computer applications and ability to work on computerized systems.
· Knowledge of the latest Basel II guidelines and frameworks.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.

Project Manager (Core Banking Solution):

Minimum 2 years in Core Banking Solution implementation at any commercial bank/RRB/Cooperative Bank. Experience in managing a data centre, managing vendors, formulating and enforcing SLAs will be added advantage.
. 15 years minimum experience at any commercial bank / RRB / cooperative bank
. other financial institutions. IT / Project Management certification will be added advantage.
. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
